This is a Virtual Reality. DNA and The Simulation.

Hello. I had the unforgettable, highly challenging experience of living in a virtual reality, when I was in an altered state. During a 3 month long psychotic episode, lots of incredible things happened to my consciousness (and awful things too). I experienced the simulation in real time and it has forever changed my understanding of this world/ universe. Here I share my experience and what I learnt from this time being conscious of the simulation, and my understanding of the controllers who are playing a game, and a dream I had about the nature of our genetic coding.
